0081: “Tu-M”
Is it Wednesday? It’s still Friday night for me, now I’m listening to Roxy Music.
The background of today’s strip should be a piece called ‘You-Me’ (also called ‘Tu-M’) by Marcel Duchamp, a DaDa artist. The quote is from Hugo Ball, one of the leading Dada artists. He created the Dada Manifesto in 1916, making a political statement about his views on the terrible state of society and acknowledging his dislike for philosophies in the past claiming to possess the ultimate Truth.
